egabi has a strong Project Management Methodology (PMM) developed by expert consultants and best practices, through a collaboration consultancy project with the European Union Capacity Building Program.

PMM consists of a set of processes combined by standard documentation deliverables that are applied to all egabi projects. PMM describes the life cycle of the project through a defined set of processes starting from the pre-contracting phase, execution and control, and ending with the project closing processes.
